Elevation HR are currently partnered with a globally recognised manufacturing and engineering business based in Leeds who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for an extension.

This is a generalist HR role, acting as the first line of support across the business, advising on low-level ER casework and managing the full employee lifecycle. Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role within a growing and successful business.As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating sickness absence processes, monitoring trends, supporting managers and liaising with payroll to ensure accurate payments.
- Supporting recruitment activity across the full hiring cycle, including agency liaison, interviews and onboarding administration such as offer letters and contracts
- Providing first-line HR advice and coaching managers on policies, procedures and low-level employee relations matters.
- Managing and maintaining accurate HR and payroll systems, resolving queries and supporting managers with HR systems and reporting.
- Administering employee benefits, including private medical schemes and related documentation.
- Supporting occupational health, employee welfare and wider HR administration, appraisals, inductions and long service awards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within Human Resources, be CIPD qualified or currently working towards their qualification, and hold a full driving licence to travel to one other local site.
