The Role

This is a generalist HR role with real breadth — you will be involved in everything from employee relations and performance management to policy development and recruitment support.

· Support and coach line managers through HR processes, ensuring they are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with employment law and company policy.
· Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout.
· Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
