X2 Part-Time HR Advisor Generalists required

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for x2 part time HR Advisor Generalists to join a growing HR function and work closely with leaders across the organisation.
This role suits someone who thrives as a trusted advisor, enjoys driving HR initiatives, and brings confident HR systems capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Deliver organisational change, policy development and process improvements
- Maintain, enhance and streamline HR systems
- Oversee payroll via external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Champion best practice across HR operations
- Support succession planning and engagement activity
- Manage Employer Relations / complex cases with fairness, consistency and sound judgement
- Provide training on HR policies and systems
Ideal Experience & Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong background as a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Confident working with HRIS platforms
- Skilled in leading HR projects and interpreting HR data
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
