We are currently looking for a HR Advisor / Analyst to join a Finance company based in the city. The role is paying 45-60k depending on experience and will be working 9-5.
The role
Own the end-to-end operational processes for new joiners, leavers, and people changes
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees.
Coordinate exit processes, including updating systems, removing memberships.
Monitor upcoming probation completion dates
Complete standard and regulatory reference requests
Issue letters and documentation related to contractual changes
Manage the booking of study programs
Any further Ad hoc duties
