- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems efficiently.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Contribute to payroll administration and benefits management.
- Support organisational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Profile
A successful Part Time HR Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a similar HR advisory role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
