HR & Recruitment Administrator Job in New Milton
6-Month Fixed Term Contract | New Milton | Office Based
Dovetail Recruitment are working with an award-winning, family-owned and environmentally conscious business that is continuing to grow due to rapid customer demand. Our client is looking to recruit an HR & Recruitment Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support both the HR function and the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a busy, varied role where you will play a key part in delivering a positive employee and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Liaise with key stakeholders to create and update job descriptions
- Build and maintain the company profile on job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Create and design job adverts tailored to different target audiences
- Manage relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies
- Screen, filter and shortlist CVs
- Coordinate and manage the interview process from start to finish
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
HR Administration
- Carry out Right to Work and new starter checks
- Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and terms & conditions
- Ensure all new starter information is accurately entered into the HR system
- Manage employee correspondence including references and flexible working requests
- File and scan employee documentation into digital personnel files
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR administration support
- Support HR continuous improvement projects, including wellbeing initiatives, policies, procedures and employee experience improvements
About You
- A background working in an HR or HR/Recruitment administration role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicating with stakeholders, candidates and agencies
- Commercially aware with a proactive, can-do approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
