Location: London.
Hybrid - majority of the role will be based around remote working but with travel to the office/events as and when required.

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised L&D Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality learning programmes across the construction industry. You’ll play a key role in coordinating training, supporting learners, and ensuring programmes run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, including planning, delivery and continuous improvement
- Manage learner enquiries, enrolments, bookings and records
- Organise and support lectures, workshops, assessments and graduations
- Maintain relationships with partners including awarding bodies and training providers
- Produce regular reports on learner engagement, progress and feedback
- Ensure learning content and assessments are accurate, quality-checked and compliant
- Support and develop the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain processes and documentation in line with ISO and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote learning programmes
- Provide excellent customer service and general administrative support
About You
Essential:
- Knowledge of 'coordinating training' programmes
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, self-motivated and professional
- Understanding around coordinating training programmes
Desirable:
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Totara)
- Experience delivering or supporting virtual learning (Zoom/Teams)
- Knowledge of learning design tools or platforms
- CIPD (or working towards) or similar qualification
- Understanding of construction or building control environments
