This is a hands-on role where you’ll take the lead for your region, shaping hiring strategies, building high-quality pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver results.This role involves regular travel across your region for face-to-face meetings, careers events and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Be Doing- Taking full ownership of recruitment across your region, managing the end-to-end hiring process from initial brief through to offer
- Proactively headhunting and building targeted candidate pipelines, particularly in skill-shortage and competitive markets
- Engaging local talent through careers events, partnerships and creative attraction campaigns
- Partnering closely with hiring managers, offering market insight, shaping job briefs and managing expectations throughout the process
- Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics including candidate engagement, pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness
- Running and chairing weekly recruitment update and strategy meetings with key stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in internal or embedded recruitment (agency backgrounds are very welcome where there is on-site or embedded experience)
- Confidence using recruitment systems and data to produce meaningful insights and reports
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and is comfortable managing their own workload and priorities
- A strong communicator who builds trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, solutions-focused and full of ideas to drive attraction and engagement
- A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel locally and to head office when required
