HR Business Partner | Permanent | £60k-£65k | Research Charity | Hybrid working (1-2 days onsite)
We're currently supporting one of the world's leading independent charities to recruit an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner.
The organisation conduct extensive research, extend influence, and provide information in the health and medicine space, and are one of the largest charities in the UK.
This role will report to the Head of HR Business Partnering, join a team of 5 Business Partners, and provide essential strategic business partnering to the organisation's Research & Innovation directorate of circa 500 staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based advice, guidance, and strategic direction from an HR perspective
- Lead on developing and delivering annual people plans for the Research & Innovation directorate
- Act as a conduit between managers/stakeholders and various CoE's - Talent, ER, Reward, L&D, Engagement
- Develop and influence stakeholders at Executive Director, Director, and Head of Level
You will need:
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner within a medium-to-large organisation (public sector preferred)
- Demonstrable experience persuading and influencing senior stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Excellent experience leading on change programmes - consultations, redundancies, restructures
- The ability to work strategically, while also providing hands-on support when required
