Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver proactive HR support aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including complex and sensitive cases.
- Coach leaders on performance management, leadership, and people strategy.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning.
- Oversee performance review processes and contribute to talent and succession planning.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to support hiring and resourcing strategies.
- Lead and develop junior HR team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and best practice.
- Analyse people data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Support diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

- Experience leading or developing HR team members.

- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
