Reed HR is delighted to be partnering with one of our clients to recruit an experienced HR professional to support a high-profile change and transformation project.
This is a 6-month assignment where you will work closely with the CEO, COO and Board.
- Flexible working: Full-time (5 days per week) with flexibility to work a minimum of 3 days per week

- Engagement: Interim or Fixed-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver HR change and transformation projects aligned to business strategy
- Design and implement organisational design, operating model, and workforce change initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess change impacts and manage people risks
- Drive change management and engagement plans, including communications and consultation
- Support the implementation of new HR processes, systems, and ways of working
- Provide clear governance, tracking, and reporting against transformation milestones

- Proven experience delivering HR change and transformation in a complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Able to operate at pace with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
