We're partnering with a fast-growing, international organisation to hire an Early Career Program Specialist to lead and scale intern and graduate programmes across multiple countries. £245 per day
You'll take ownership of end-to-end early career programme delivery, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for interns, managers, and internal stakeholders across regions.

Program Delivery
- Coordinate full early career programme cycles across multiple countries
- Own calendars, milestones, and delivery rhythms
- Ensure seamless onboarding, engagement activities, development sessions, and offboarding
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Proactively communicate, anticipate needs, and avoid escalations
- Enable smooth collaboration in a matrixed, international environment
Communication & Alignment
- Lead clear and engaging communications for interns, managers, and internal teams
- Provide structured updates, risk visibility, and documentation
- Represent the programme in cross-functional regional and global forums
Data, Metrics & Insights
- Track and analyse key metrics including NPS, conversion rates, attendance, performance cycles, and budget
- Create dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
- Recommend improvements to enhance programme quality and consistency
Continuous Improvement & Change
- Contribute to documentation, standardisation, and scalable processes
- Support rollout and adoption of new tools, workflows, and global frameworks
- Integrate best practices and external benchmarks into programme design
What We're Looking For- Proven experience delivering Early Career programs, ideally within a high-growth tech or dynamic environment
- Track record of managing complexity across multiple regions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of early career programmes (internships, graduates, entry-level talent)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in an international, matrixed structure
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and reliability
