This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key role in managing and delivering benefits programs across the EMEA region.
As the Benefits Specialist EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving improvements to enhance employee engagement. You'll work closely with payroll teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services. This role offers the chance to work independently while contributing to a broader global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage UK benefits processes, including payroll reporting and provider invoicing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees on benefit-related queries, providing advice and resolving issues.
- Review and recommend updates to EMEA benefit policies based on market trends and employee feedback.
- Coordinate annual benefit renewals and implement new policies in collaboration with brokers and legal advisors.
- Maintain accurate policy documentation across platforms such as handbooks, intranet, and induction materials.
- Partner with stakeholders across EMEA on benefits renewals, legal changes, and tax updates.
- Monitor budgets related to EMEA benefits and provide timely data for planning purposes.
- Lead benefits induction programs for new joiners in the UK.
- Support wellbeing initiatives by managing budgets, events, and communications.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing EMEA or global benefits programs.
- Strong knowledge of UK benefits; familiarity with additional EMEA regions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HR systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
