We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Internal Recruiter to join a busy and growing business based in Bookham, starting at the beginning of May.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR experience who can hit the ground running and support internal hiring requirements on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting internal recruitment across multiple roles
- Advertising vacancies and managing job postings
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Managing candidate communications and recruitment admin
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or HR (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple vacancies at once
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start early May and commit to full-time hours
