Reed HR are working alongside a Not for Profit Organisation based in South West London who are recruiting for an experienced People Administrator for initially 12 months.
This role is hybrid. However, for the first initial couple of weeks, travel into the office full time is required.
Job Summary
The People Administrator supports the day-to-day running of the People function and plays a key role in delivering a smooth, consistent employee experience. This role covers a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including People administration, recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations support, and People data management. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, works well with detail, and wants to build strong generalist HR experience in a growing organisation.
Responsibilities
People Administration & Operations
• Manage People administration across the full employee lifecycle
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and contract variations
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and personnel files
• Support payroll processes by providing accurate people data and changes
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage probation tracking and documentation • Respond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers
Policies, Compliance & Data
• Support the maintenance and administration of People policies and procedures
• Ensure People processes align with UK employment law and GDPR requirements
• Manage People data accuracy, reporting, and audit readiness
• Support People reporting and metrics as required
