Act as a strategic partner to your assigned stakeholders on all people topics and as the first point of contact for all queries on People-related topics Work with your key stakeholders to jointly own career development and performance assessmentsWork with recruiters to ensure specific staffing needs Work with People Analytics team to share data and support on key strategic talent pipeline, development and succession planning Work collaboratively with your teams across talent to shape common approaches to the responsibilities outlined above.
