An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Early Careers Recruitment Administrator to join a high-performing Early Careers Recruitment team within a leading international law firm. This Early Careers Recruitment Administrator role sits within a collaborative HR function, and the Early Careers Recruitment Administrator will support the attraction, coordination and recruitment of future trainee solicitors. The Early Careers Recruitment Administrator will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, and the Early Careers Recruitment Administrator will work closely with colleagues across recruitment, marketing and operations.
Key Responsibilities• Reviewing and processing high volumes of Training Contract, Work Experience and Solicitor Apprenticeship applications
• Maintaining and updating the online application system and candidate records
• Managing application outcomes and candidate communications
• Coordinating interview scheduling and maintaining interview tracking systems
• Liaising with EAs, interviewers and internal stakeholders to organise interviews
• Supporting interview logistics including calendar invites, room bookings and assessments
• Managing shared recruitment mailboxes and responding to candidate queries
• Supporting recruitment events, university engagement and marketing campaigns
• Assisting with sponsorships, prizes and work experience administration
• Meeting candidates and supporting assessment exercises where required
• Processing invoices and student travel expenses
• Supporting administration for future trainee onboarding checks (certificates and transcripts)
• Providing general administrative and project support to the Early Careers Recruitment team
Skills & Experience Required• Previous experience in HR, recruitment or administrative support within a professional services environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel essential)
• Proactive, enthusiastic and team-focused approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion
