The Role
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers
- Manage employee relations cases (absence, performance, probation, etc)
- Support disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and appeals
- Partner with HR Operations on employment changes
- Produce people MI and identify trends
- Support performance reviews, promotions and HR projects
Desired experience:
- 3+ years’ generalist HR experience
- Strong ER case management experience
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, organised and adaptable
