You will be working for an NHS Trust based in Essex.
Description
- A broad understanding of People, HR, OD and EDI functions.
- The seniority and confidence to provide strategic leadership and deputise for the CPO when required.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations and medical workforce issues, including MHPS cases, hearings and appeals.
- Solid knowledge of medical staffing, job planning and contractual matters.
- Someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
- A flexible approach, with the ability to step into different areas of the People function as required.
Profile
A successful Interim Deputy Chief People Officer should have:
- Proven expertise in Human Resources within the NHS.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Job Offer
- Competitive rate: £323.78 - £392.70/day, dependent on the level of experience.
- 37/5 Hours per week
- Minimum of three days per week will be required onsite
- Temporary position within a well-known NHS Trust based in Essex.
