We’re looking for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients iTrent project by crafting guidance that helps colleagues get the best out of our tools and help colleagues navigate changes with confidence.
What will you be doing?
- Updating HR systems documentation and intranet content so they are clear and easy to use
- Creating clear, accessible guidance, FAQs and user resources
- Supporting the communication of changes to colleagues in a simple, engaging way
- Working closely with HR teams and system owners to ensure information is accurate and consistent
What do you need to have?
- Experience of using iTrent
- Experience updating intranet content and using content management platforms
- Good understanding of content structure, navigation, and user experience
- Proficient in creating user guides, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Awareness of HR Legislation
- Confidence prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps in content and proactively suggest improvements

Salary: £17.85 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week 8.00am to 5.00pm
