The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Talent & Resource Coordinator. This new role combines recruitment coordination, quality assurance, resource planning, and day-to-day operational support. You will work closely with project leads, management, and contractors to ensure projects run efficiently and the team remains supported and engaged.
Responsibilities will include
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for both staff and contractors, from writing job descriptions to managing interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of team and contractor availability, skillsets, and project allocations.
• Support new starter inductions and ensure consistent onboarding experiences.
• Assist with developing and maintaining a strong talent pool for upcoming projects.
• Work with project leads to allocate team members and contractors according to project timelines and capacity.
• Liaise weekly with contractors to confirm assignments, schedules, and deliverables.
• Maintain a live overview of team resourcing and highlight potential gaps or conflicts early.
• Support planning for future workloads, helping forecast hiring or contractor needs.
• Review work outputs to ensure quality and alignment with our client’s standards.
• Gather feedback from managers to identify areas for improvement.
• Help coordinate internal reviews, training sessions, and performance tracking.
• Support internal meetings, company events, and cross-team communications.
The Person
For this role our client is seeking someone who is organised with excellent people skills. Previous experience in administration and coordination is essential. You will also be highly organised and proactive, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

The Salary
£30 – £35,000
The Hours
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
The Location
Clevedon, North Somerset + 1 day working from home
