The Opportunity
Working as part of a collaborative People Development team, you will support the design and delivery of learning initiatives across a legal population, with a particular focus on early careers and junior professionals. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, including lawyers and business services leaders, to ensure development programmes are aligned to both commercial objectives and career progression pathways.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of learning activity, from programme management through to facilitation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of structured development programmes for legal and business services populations.
- Coordinate and manage learning initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and programme evaluation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both independently and alongside external providers.
- Partner with stakeholders, including senior lawyers, to identify development needs and tailor learning solutions.
- Maintain and update learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and aligned to legal career pathways.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support early careers development programmes, including trainee and junior lawyer populations.
- Contribute to wider talent development initiatives across the organisation.
