Your responsibilities as HR Transformation Lead- Manage end-to-end people integration activity across complex change programmes
- Oversee TUPE processes including due diligence, consultation, and post-transfer integration
- Support organisational design and cultural alignment initiatives across multiple business areas
- Produce clear communication and consultation materials for business-wide change activity
- Work closely with operational and legal stakeholders to minimise risk and maintain compliance
- Track programme progress, manage project plans, and provide regular stakeholder updates
What we’re looking for in a HR Transformation Lead- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation including TUPE and redundancy processes
- Previous experience delivering large-scale people change and integration programmes
- Background working within multi-site or matrix organisations
- Experience supporting organisational design, consultation, and change communications
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation
Working hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours with hybrid working and occasional UK travel required. This is initially a 12-month contract with a good chance of the role becoming permanent.
