Description
- Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
