You’ll act as a catalyst for change, combining commercial insight with pragmatic HR expertise to deliver real results.?? What you’ll be doing:• Advising and challenging senior leaders as a trusted HR partner• Leading people plans aligned to business and firm-wide strategy• Driving large-scale change, transformation, and workforce initiatives• Partnering closely with HR Centres of Excellence and ER specialists• Using people insights and data to influence decisions and priorities• Leading and developing a team of HR Advisors• Role-modelling our values and acting as an HR leader across the firm??
