Part Time HR Consultant, Immediate Start
Remuneration: £400 per day
Location: Remote London
Contract Length: 1–2 months, 3 days per week, flexible hours
A prestigious private members’ organisation in Mayfair is seeking an experienced HR Consultant for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for a detail-driven HR professional with strong expertise in reviewing and refining people-related documentation within a high-standards, service-led environment.
You will act as an independent HR specialist, conducting a structured review of the organisation’s HR documentation to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with best practice. The role requires a confident practitioner who can quickly assess existing materials and provide clear, practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a full audit of HR documentation, including:
- Employee handbooks
- Employment contracts
- NDAs and confidentiality agreements
- Core policies and procedures
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, outdated content, or areas requiring legal alignment.
- Recommend updates to ensure compliance with current UK employment legislation.
- Strengthen tone, structure, and accessibility to reflect a premium, member-focused culture.
- Ensure documentation supports operational excellence, employee clarity, and risk mitigation.
- Provide expert guidance on policy robustness, employee relations considerations, and best-practice HR frameworks.
- Work discreetly with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational values and operational needs.
