I’m currently recruiting for an HR Data & Reporting Analyst on behalf of a well-established business based in Hoddesdon, EN11
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR systems and reporting experience to join a busy HR function and help deliver accurate workforce insights and support business decision-making.
The role will involve:
• Maintaining accurate HR data across HR, Payroll, Recruitment and L&D systems
• Producing monthly reports, dashboards and workforce analytics
• Responding to ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
• Supporting HR audits, GDPR compliance and statutory submissions
• Assisting with projects, including pay reviews and engagement surveys
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a similar HR reporting, HR systems or HR analytics role
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence in handling complex data
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
• A professional and confidential approach to sensitive information
